Know Your Timeshare Rights

Two important things for you to know:

#1: Your cancellation rights: Your right to cancel after signing the timeshare contract.

#2: Your legal rights to void illegal or deceitful timeshare sales: In Hawaii, any timeshare sale made in violation of any of the State’s timeshare law allows the buyer to declare the sale voided.
